*NOW 24/7 EXPRESS FITNESS* Visiting from Tx and Kirk was happy to help me get some workouts in with no hassle like the big box gyms gave me! Other gyms wanted a monthly contract only or no help at all! Donāt let the small size fool you there is A LOT of good quality equipment in here that will absolutely give you a better pump than a Pfit. Lots of free weights, bars and cables. Also Nautilus isolation machines where you can see what quality equipment really means because after years of use thereās NO tears in the seats and everything is as smooth as the day it was new and I can vouch for that because I used these same machines when they were new when it was put in! Donāt pass this place up, go in and work out then make ur decision because itās worth another look!
What a great experience! Iām a local Texan and was in town for work. I called the main line and was assisted by Kirk. He was extremely helpful in allowing me to workout during my stay in Montgomery.
The gym itself was very clean and had everything I needed. Iām on a specific workout plan and traveling for work has been a struggle to be consistent. Very thankful I was able to visit and get a good lift. Highly recommend anyone local or visiting to come workout here.
Not crowded and the other members are not intimidating. Good amount of equipment for building muscle and cardio. Some equipment has some wear, but it all works fine. It is to be expected. Love it. Get it and get out. Communicate with the manager ahead of time and make sure you are on the same page when signing up and renewing or cancelling. If something changes Iāll update the review.
