1. BUYERS BEWARE!!! These deals are so good you’ll end up leaving with more than you went in for. All the newest and coolest things for FB market place prices, but BRAND NEW with the MANUFACTURE WARRANTY still? This place is awesome, go check them out before getting hustled at a corporate retailer

   And not only explained everything for us but actually helped with the dryer while he was there and gave us some good product knowledge . Definitely enjoyed the conversation very personable guy. Quality work.if I could give a ten out of ten I would. Thanks again Justin

4. My washer broke, and I decided it was time to get either a new one or one that would hold up. I knew I wanted something that wasn’t going to cost an arm and a leg. I was shopping around looking at different places. There’s a discount appliance store in Hartselle but they’re a bit expensive. There’s a used/refurbished one in Decatur, but they don’t last very long in my personal experience, so I decided to try Annie and Al’s. When I walked into the store, there was nobody inside at the time (they were getting a shipment out of a truck), which was fine because I was able to look around and kind of decide what I wanted. After a little while someone came in and told me the owner or a sales associate would be in to give me more information on the appliance because they would know more about them so I waited until he came in. Once they did, we kind of went over what I could get due to needing an electric set. What would be able to fit my numerous comforters inside and what I would like. After all of that, I decided in the set I posted. They work amazing, and they were brand new. I believe the only issue was they had some cosmetic damage, and I can’t wash my clothes with the outside of a washer, so that doesn’t really matter. Delivery was a 3.5/5, but the third party guy they go through was nice, and he did get them both delivered and installed, plus he hauled away my old ones.

5. I tell you what great customer service when we went there and looked at refrigerators. They took the time to help us show us all the different models and what’s good about each one and .when we said what we were looking to spend they didn’t try to upsell .Everything was delivered. The next day and was fantastic. We had one little problem when it got delivered on the electrical cord, one of the prongs got bent not a big deal. They took care of it sent out there repair guy Justin, that guy is a class act and very polite he went right to replace that extension cord he even leveled the refrigerator for us and helped hook up my waterline that I thought I had the wrong one can’t say enough about that guy. He is actually a really good asset to their company! Highly recommend anybody looking for any kind of appliance or anything to check them out it’s worth your time!!!
