One of the best in the business! Really professional and prompt Service. Excellent customer service and give all the options from lowest to highest based on your budget. I used their services in my new home and the experience was really good. I would recommend anybody their service on all home appliances! Even they were kind enough to take back some items which we ordered extra and promptly returned the money ! I hope Ankur electronics keep up the same standard and customer service in future too !!

I purchased a split AC last year from Ankur.
Their service was good so I decided to purchase again from Ankur only.
Today I purchased a window AC from their.
N they delivered n installed very quickly.

Purchased almost all the electrical equipments for our house from this place.
There AC installation team is the worst. They installed 3 AC’s in my home,and all three of them had coolant leakage problems. They didn’t even connected the stabilizer to the indoor unit and simply attached it to the outdoor unit.
When these issues were highlighted to the shop owner , he simply asked to call the company and did not extend any support. No team visited after my follow ups for weeks.
Simply unethical of Ankur electricals sector 18.

Ankur Electricals is one of the best Shop in Sector 18. I purchased almost every appliances in my house from Ankur. There behaviour is very cordial. Recently I purchased one Geyser over mobile call only that’s their service.
