We had been working with a realtor but when we backed out of an offer due to not disclosing a significant issue, we needed to find another realtor. I called her listing, eplained our situation (we were now realtor-less) and would she be comfortable representing us and the seller. She was fair and amazing. I never felt like she favored one side or the other on this deal. She had good connections for inspections and contractors.
