Angela Locke was great. She was patient, listened to all of my issues, had all the tests run that were necessary (bloodwork and X-rays) and even found more issues than I was aware of. She was great and all the ARC staff was very helpful. I highly recommend Angela Lock and the round rock ARC.
Really wanted to see my primary, but no appointments available. Angela worked to assist with my medical issue was knowledgeable and thorough. May have been more helpful and caring than my own primary. Highly recommend.
My first time to use a video call and it was so easy! Both the nurse who called for check-in and the PA were helpful, kind and knowledgeable.
Dr Locke takes the time to listen, as well as offer her educated insights, following up with prescribed medications and lab work. I have fill confidence in her ability.
I love ARC, I’ve been going here and other locations for more than 20 years. I’ve been sick for about a week and decided to make a virtual appointment since I have a 15 month old kid and it would just be easier. During my 5 minute appointment with Dr. Angela Locke, she was very rude and condescending. She put in my medical notes that I wasn’t wheezing, or had a fever (both of which I said yes to). Doctor never bothered to look at the screen I was on, just did her notes. I don’t mind coming in for a physical exam at the doctor’s request, but she didn’t request. She just kept badgering me that I did a virtual appointment and this is the 3rd virtual appt in 6 months. I told her that I have a 15 month old and virtual is easier, she continued to tell me that she comes to the office so why can’t I. Again, I don’t mind going to the office, but I was trying to avoid going if I didn’t need to. I will warn everyone to stay away from the terribly rude Doctor. I’ve only ever had 2 bad experiences with doctors here and this was by far the worst.
