1. If you are shopping for the best insurance company look no further. My experience with Angela and her wonderful staff at the Campbell office has always been great. They are all very informative. My questions are answered honestly with my best interests in mind. So.. if you’re looking for a honest insurance company and office stop by and say hi. You’ll be glad you did.

2. This office is very professional and responsive. I have been with this office for several years as they cover our two homes and our vehicles plus liability insurance.
   The staff is knowledgeable and personable and the office is very proactive. I highly recommend and will certainly continue with their services.

3. From my recent interaction with the agency, it seems their primary focus is on securing more business from you. When it comes to assisting with existing claims, they tend to pass the responsibility to a different team, stating that no one at the agency is available to help with such matters. What I was told – “We will be calling the same 1-800” number as customers do. We don’t have any say in matters of State Farms handling of claims.
   Its the same bunch of people who will call you every few months to do a “policy review” to make sure you have the “right coverage”.

   State Farm should drop the act of local agencies like Angela Frangieh being a good neighbor. They are good neighbors went it comes to selling you higher coverage or different policy but don’t want to help you if you have issues with your policy. Time to find a different agency or different insurance company altogether.

4. State Farm is BEST in Class when it comes to quality service! I was referred to them by my sister who has all her cars insured by State Farm and always speaks highly of the service.

   I jumped ship today and switched from The General to State Farm. I’m happy with my decision, the agents were very professional and took the time to really break down the full policy and all its details. I appreciate the friendly, pacient, and knowledgeable service and great price without compromising quality all around.

   Excellent service!! Very happy to be part of the State Farm family!!

5. In 2016 when we moved to the Rose Garden neighborhood of San Jose, California, we chose this insurance office simply because it was the closest to our new home. Luckily, this office turned out to be a gem! Angela and her team of talented agents taught us so much about protecting our growing family and thinking long term about the safety and security of our property. She is kind, warm and knowledgeable. We had a couple of small claims that were handled well, and even a significant hit-and-run while on vacation out-of-state, and the service provided was excellent. I recommend this agency to everyone in San Jose, even if it’s outside of your neighborhood. We have since moved out-of-state, but are grateful for the years of service and education regarding insurance products we received over the years from this wonderful office.
