Overall a nice experience. We only stayed one night but it went without a hitch. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The ice machine worked well, We went to the bar and the drinks were strong and tasty. The pool was smaller than on pictures and was also busy so that was the only downfall.
The rooms seems a decent size and came with a mini fridge. The beds were comfortable and appeared clean. There is an extra pillow and bed cover in the closet.
I recently had a conference to attend there so I stayed for a week. The rooms where great but what made the stay comfortable was the wonderful customer service. We dealt with Brandon and to say he was wonderful and accommodating is the least. He immediately sprung into action when it was needed, and with a friendly attitude, which was such a breath of fresh air. I’m not big on leaving reviews but the experience we had with Brandon is worth the time. I would definitely choose this hotel over others next time. Thank you Brandon! May God bless you 💯 fold!
My recent stay at the Marriott Hotel was thoroughly enjoyable. The hotel’s service was impeccable, with attentive staff who ensured all our needs were met promptly and with a smile.

Wonderful Marriott with good service, comfortable rooms and if you are an elite Marriott customer you will be taken care of well. Water bottles are provided in rooms and are free for elite members. (Wish this was the case for every Marriott!) I was there for a conference and had a memorable experience. The Concierge level (18th level) has a good lounge with food served at 5:30 pm and can serve a light dinner with both healthy and vegetarian options provided. The elevators were there and quick to access providing good access to all the activities across the hotel. Highly recommended
Went there to meet friends running in a race so location was important to us.
They charged my friends debit card for her entire weeks stay when she asked at checkin if she could give them another card because she wanted her miles the card was in her car, they said sure . Then when she brought the card to them later they said they couldn’t change the method of payment. That was our first sign.
Then I asked the housekeeper for some disinfectant she said we only use cleaners we do not have disinfectants. I said that cannot be true especially after just recovering from a pandemic. She insteaded we just clean not disinfectant.
I asked to see her chemicals and she was right. So people with all the kids roaming around this place think twice. What is going on Marriott. Your customers deserve better than this
