I never liked yoga and then I tried Anaha and have fallen in love with the practice. Ariās approach to teaching and building community while getting a great whole body and mind workout is exceptional. I would recommend to everyone, even if you donāt think you would like yoga. My chronic lower back knee and elbow issues have all been healed through Ariās multimodal practice physical Yoga, stretching, strength building. And she will make you laugh throughout the process! š¤©
Ari at Anahata Conscious living is hands down my favorite yoga teacher. Her classes are so fulfilling on a physical and spiritual level and I always come out feeling amazing, though they also challenge me during the class, which is great.
I also went on the Goddess Warrior retreat with her in Bali and it was one of the best things I have ever done for myself. The Ayurvedic food and treatments literally had me glowing by the end and I felt like I had given my soul the reset I desperately needed from the hustle of every day life living in LA. I made friends on this retreat from all over the world that I now consider my sisters and created memories that I will never forget. I am so grateful for this experience and would not hesitate to do it again.
I just completed the 6 week 200 hours yoga teacher training at Anahata Conscious Living and the experience I had was truly life-changing. The teacher, Dr. Ari Beers, is an amazing yoga teacher and also an incredible person full of positivity, love and joy. Ari just radiates so much kindness and she really wanted each and everyone of her students to find their unique teaching power. The training was highly interactive and during the regular Zoom lectures, I was always inspired by all the knowledge and wisdom Ari shared with us. I truly couldnāt have asked for a abetter teacher. I now feel truly confident in teaching yoga and I highly recommend this teacher training to everyone. I am so, so grateful for this incredible experience and for Ariās ongoing guidance and support.
Dr. Ari is the best yoga Teacher Training I have takena 200 hour Teacher Training before and I didnt get very far as I didnt feel ready to go out there and teach. I was discourage and decided to find another Yoga Teacher Training. I found Anahata Conscious Living through google. I not only loved this training but I also felt really supported and helped me get a better understanding of not only yoga but also about myself. I learned how to meditate and also various breathing techniques, which are all absolutely necessary for reaching higher levels of yogic knowledge. Without her guidance, I am sure that I wouldnāt be the caliber of instructor I am today.

The results I have achieved and the welI-being I am feeling to both mind and body are outstanding. Anahata is the best yoga class I have ever done. Ari is clear and encouraging.
