Would not recommend. I have been with this agency for a couple of months and no results. The staff is friendly but they don’t really assist with finding a job. A staffing agency might be a better option to securing a job. Wasted lots of time submitting my resume, uploading documents and poor results to show for it. I was disappointed with the misinformation from the beginning. If you have a problem or concern with the agency, career navigator’s don’t return phone calls and the manager’s don’t take time to call you back.
The lady that helped me was so nice. When you aren’t familiar with Cal Jobs but you need to be there for your unemployment search, they help you get in and out as long as you’re there for your appointment on time. Took me about 45 minutes WITH driving there from home. Not bad Cal Jobs. Not bad! 😉 THANK YOU!
The staff at the job and career center are rood always any other job center staff will come and help assist you with questions and problem shoot. But not their and they will have many reasons to inform you why they can not help you. New, nice furniture, staff really think they are that important.
I’ve been looking for work for some time now. Counselors are well trained and try to put you in touch with employers in your field. No bait and switch. These people really care.
Veterans Service Office is located in here.
Great location and easy to get to.
