1. We were very happy with this hotel! The front staff is SO SWEET and welcoming. If there were roaches here before, they’ve definitely gotten rid of them. The room was clean, too.
   The pool was open and it was nice for a morning dip before we headed to the beach.
   The breakfast wasn’t anything great, but we also got there 5 minutes before they closed so that was our fault.
   I would definitely stay here again. It’s a very good value for the quality of it. Plus, it has free breakfast and a pool that’s actually open, compared to other places.
   I lost the piece of paper that the gentleman wrote his and the lady’s name that helped us, but I remember his name was Dave. They were so sweet!

2. For starters, our room, which was newly renovated, was very clean. The front desk manager was very polite and friendly. Parking was decent. The one feature, above all else, was the amazing water pressure. The water pressure was better than in some high priced hotels that I have stayed in. We will be re-visiting this establishment on our next trip to the Gulf.

3. Everything started off good. The hotel inside and out has a fresh coat of paint, check in, dining room, and rooms have been renovated however the toilet and shower area has not. When we opened the door to room 141, we immediately noticed a small flying insect. We assumed it was one but by after returning the next day after exploring the city, there were numerous. Front desk was notified, however, the maintenance man was gone for the day. For the rest of Saturday and Sunday, we were swatting for days. When I checked out, I had a paper plate with 3 dead insects to show management. I was informed Ms. Laura, manager, was out until Wednesday. I sent Ms. Laura an email with a picture of the 3 of out numerous dead insects. I should have known from her quick wit and the tone of her remarks ( even laughed with her about it) from other complainers that I would get the same. All summed up: Gnats were outside and you get no compensation for them following you into the room so you get no compensation!
   I do not recommend this place! Your chances of a negative experience are great and you will not be compensated! Drive on down the road… Can’t wait to read Ms. Laura’s quick wit and smarts.

   OAN- Breakfast is your standard continental breakfast with belgium waffles, choice of cold cereal, hot water for grits and oatmeal, biscuits with gravy, sausage patties, egg portions, milk, and choice of juice.

4. Do you know what lipstick on a pig looks like??? Do you know what a bad breakfast looks and taste like? I can deal with most unpleasant things. Even sleeping with one eye open. But one thing I absolutely won’t deal with is a liar, cheat, or crook. When two front desk employees say that I will receive credit back on my credit card for a stay that was cut short, I fully expect the hotel to honor what their employees represented. Well guess what? There’s always an excuse. Obviously, I should have read the reviews. Here we go again…. I had to edit my post, because their response to my review stated that I stayed there before and loved the hotel stay. Once again liar liar makeup false claims. If you all remember, and check your records, with all your cameras, I had a watch taken from our room. I never tried to press any charges or make anyone accountable for the thief. But yet I still gave your hotel a second chance. Once again I got ripped off, I guarantee I will be not back for the third stay.

5. This Hotel got me in quickly when stranded in AL with a car in the shop. They are working on renovations so I will say the rooms could have been nicer, however the pool was clean and nice. Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and willing to help. We also appreciated the morning breakfast!
