Contacted Americana plumbing, they sent out the first available technician. Gary was prompt with communicating what time he would show up. He was very quick, clearing a backed up drain in 30 minutes total time including cleanup of his work area. Great customer service as well. Thank you Americana Plumbing and Gary!
Americana Plumbing made very quick work of replacing my water heater. I noticed it leaking, called their office in the morning, and had a new unit installed and functioning by lunch the same day. Gary and his team were very professional, had extremely thoughtful communication, were on time for everything quoted, and answered all my questions confidently. Huge thanks to them. I will use them again in the future and can recommend them with confidence to anyone.
I’ve known Gary for years, and he’s always been a great solid guy. I had a super problematic bathroom sink stoppage, a recurring problem in this old house. Gary showed up quickly, pleasant as always, and had my sink flowing better than it ever has in a matter of minutes. I will absolutely be using Americana Plumbing whenever I have plumbing needs!

Great Service and pleasant people! Gary was nice when taking my call and followed up the morning of my appointment to confirm.
