1. Please try someone else the plumber lied about finishing a plumbing problem with my kitchen sink said that he had to order a part that was on 2/9/24 its now 3/28/24 kitchen sink remains clogged no return call about when they would be back or if the part had come in so i have been call back and forth wirh the same lady that keeps telling me she will find out never did anyways the plumber said that the job was done and they closed the case without fixing the problem. Liars and rip offs dont waste your time..

2. I want to thank Mr. Mahammad, his daughter who is the rep that takes the calls and his plumbers for ALWAYS coming to our rescue here at Mountainside apartments. Anytime I call, if she has a guy on another job, Mr. Mahammad and another one of his plumbers will come out. On this past Monday we had so many busted pipes on our property. When I called and told her what was going on, she said she had her guys out on other jobs but she will send someone out as soon as possible. Less than 10 minutes Mr. Mahammad himself was onsite with two workers, then two more came an hour later. I just want to say if you are not using American Plumbing, you might want to give them a try. They work with you on payments, they come less than an hour. They do not give up on a job! The owner and his daughter has amazing customer services and they treat everyone like family. I have been using this company every since I moved to Birmingham in 2015 and found out about Mr. Mahammad. Mr. Mahammad even came to my house and lite my pilot for me and my babies to have hot water! He goes above and beyond, and he makes sure his staff does the same. I would recommend this company and staff any day! Thank you American plumbing for your services!

3. So appreciative to have called this company. They came through after I was let down by the plumbing company my Home Warranty company made me deal with. Richard was so knowledgeable and courteous that I was very impressed. Most importantly he successfully solved my plumbing issue in less than 2 hours. I hope I don’t have any more issues but if I do, this is the company I will call without hesitation.

4. I have been using American Plumbing for a year now, they are the only plumbing company that i have ever used that was not only communiative but values there work. The owner of the company goes above and beyond to do whatever he needs to and has literally been on site from 9 PM until 4 AM working on a busted water pipe. He was down in the mud and water with his crew. The office staff are wonderful and have always answered my calls. They are very professional and kind. The crew are always smiling and helpful. I have never had a bad experience with American Plumbing and i would recommend them to everyone. If your looking for a company who is willing to get in and do the hard and dirty work, this is the plumbing company for you!

5. The owner showed up on the same day that I called for a quote on some water meter work. He traced our water pipes, figured out that we didn’t need a private meter, and didn’t want any money for his time. He was extremely professional and so helpful. We will use this company again.
