I bought this new house that came with European type cylinders and European type back doors and the doors don’t have keys.
So I called multiple locksmith in the area of central Alabama and none of the locksmith companies were able to find a replacement cylinder or rekey the exciting one , till I call American lock and key and they solved the issue. They install new European cylinders and they were able to rekey them for me.
DON’T USE THEM! Owner Mr Dallas is a rude, nasty man who doesn’t take responsibility for poor workmanship. Refused to comeback to replace securing screw his workman lost. Kept blaming me for his errors. Two other great workmen are no longer with the company. CL Wiggins who could handle PJ’s immaturity has retired. Dallas hung up on me. Refused to believe the problems I had with PJ who blamed me for his ineptness and challenges he had on the job. PJ who came out and had to come back several times to correct his work .
Don’t hate it, but food was so grease, I could eat it, a employer ask me was I okay, I said yes, because there wasing a good mangerment there, and young white man at front enter wasing very nice at all. I use to love this place but not now, sorry
They always get my keys correct on the first try
