I bought a fridge from Patricia and paid for it with a credit card. She and the manager were very kind and helpful. I did not buy the warranty because in my opinion it was very overpriced. I decided, before delivery, to cancel my order. I decided that I wanted a certain model that they likely don’t have in stock because the front is glass and not stainless steel. I had to cancel in writing by printing, signing and scanning back a document. I feel confident that they will refund the full purchase price to my credit card. The manager even wished me a “very nice day” after I canceled over the phone and before he emailed the document that I needed to sign. I recommend coming here to shop for a scratch and dent appliance.
