Professional staff, great selection of appliances, and good value! Our delivery team was amazing thank you to both techs Chris! Not sure on the installation policy, we paid $200 but all they did was connect but were not allowed to complete install and push the applicances back into its space. We would buy appliances from location again.
We were shopping for appliances online for our new ADU and came across American Freight. We found a matte white GE Café refrigerator with beautiful finishes with minor scratches for half the cost of a new one! Serena was extremely helpful and made our shopping experiences delightful!!! She’s the best and we are glad to have found this place!!!
Found American Freight while searching for a replacement refrigerator online. My prior appliance purchases were all done at Sear Outlet (R.I.P.) and I loved being able to get a large discount on slightly imperfect items. So, in my hunt for a new fridge, I found a perfect replacement at the West Covina location.
Upon my arrival at the store, I was greeted immediately by Serena. She was friendly, courteous and took a moment to listen to our refrigerator needs. I showed her the online ad that brought me in and she walked me right to the unit I was interested in. No Bait and Switch, no gimmicks, no games! Just the exact refrigerator at the advertised price.
Serena then offered to show us a few other options, just to ensure we were confident with our initial selection. After looking at the other options, we were ready to purchase the original one we came in for. Serena explained our finance options along with the available Warranty plans. All in all, we completed the purchase in less time than it took to drive there.
Kudos to Serena and the awesome team at American Freight! I will definitely purchase from them in the future.
