2. Thanks, Amar and Sri, for helping us get our dream home. Still, I remember that it was a very competitive market, and we were first-time home buyers with a lot of questions and doubts. The way Amar and the team clarified and explained throughout the home-buying process, from the pre-approval to the final closing, was very simple and really helpful.

   Amar has a great team where each completes their part at great velocity. Our offer was not selected by the seller initially. We were in 3rd position after counter offers since we hesitated to go beyond a certain price. After we lost the offer, we almost moved on to our next home hunt. But Amar was actively looking for the opportunity even after we last accepted the offer. Amar immediately acts when the seller has a situation to put the home back on the market since their buyer has backed off. That’s where we really like to appreciate Amar’s passion, dedication, and hard work in getting the home for his clients. Amar convinced the seller to accept our offer (at the same price we quoted earlier) before bringing the house back into the market. Once sellers accept our offer, Amar & team complete the process in around 21 days. It was at great speed, and still, he made it a very smooth process for us at every stage.

3. Amar is the best realtor for all the homebuyers. Buying a house is a very tough process especially with this market condition in south bay. But fortunately, we had Amar doing everything for us . He is a very genuine person who has excellent knowledge of the market with his excellent Negotiation skills, we are still thinking about how he managed to win the offer for us from multiple offers . Amar, you encouraged us to buy an independent house when we were compromising with a town house. We never thought that we will be able to get this house but with all your inputs and efforts we got it .
