My dad’s a big Alabama fan (despite us being from Louisiana [he changed his alliance from LSU when Nick Saban switched over]), so I came on here to look for something for him, and I was not disappointed.
Employees work extremely slow and make check out process overly complicated. Got in line at a register as 3rd in line. Once I was finally next in line the cashiers decided to combine their lines. I stayed where I was as I was next in line. Guy behind register told me my line doesn’t exist anymore and pointed me to huge combined line. No thanks. Witnessed employees be rude to 2 other customers as well. Truly terrible experience.
Went in with a friend and really liked the store. Still not sure why they think it is ok to charge $100 for a long sleeve pullover shirt – ridiculous. I did find several things I’m going back to get for my wife’s birthday.
They have a great selection of Bama gear with some unique items. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. We go here almost every time we’re in T-town.
