1. I Called to get an in person quote for a tankless water heater flush and left this job with a whole house filter and a fridge connection. When Michael first arrived we inspected the tankless unit and tested the water to conclude flushing was not my best option. He then walked me through my options for home filters and we decided on a Halo system. Michael was very well educated on the subject and gave me the best value filter for my needs. He installed the unit the next day in less than a few hours and left me with a flawless work of art. I couldn’t be more impressed with the professionalism he brings to this trade! I also requested to hook up a fridge and he did that in what seemed like 30 minutes. He will be the only plumber I call from now on!! Thank you Michael!!!

2. Mike came out and helped so much! He was able to diagnose a few things and gave us some great suggestions as to what things we needed to fix. Really loved the professionalism and expertise he brought.

   All the work was done quickly and efficiently. I’d go to Alpine plumbing again in the future, they do great work.

3. Very pleased with our experience with Ivan yesterday.

   He called to let me know he was on the way, got there on time, and was very friendly.

   He was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything to me and took the time to answer all of my many questions.

   Another thing that i really appreciated about Ivan was how respectful he was of the property. He put on shoe covers before entering and when he left, the bathroom looked like no one had even been there. No junk left behind, no random damage or scrapes anywhere, nothing!

   One thing I will say, this company will definitely not be the most economical choice if cost is your main concern. I got 4 other estimates through yelp and all of them were under $200. Alpine didn’t offer an estimate through yelp/over the phone, so the visit with Ivan was the first in person estimate I got for this plumbing issue.

   I was quoted (and ended up paying) $350 to have a wax ring for a toilet replaced. If it wasn’t for Ivan making me feel 100% confident because he was so knowledgeable, i probably would have gone with another company (for price purposes only).

   If your main concern is quality of work, i would definitely recommend Alpine because they certainly offer that. Sometimes it’s better to pay a little more to get the job done right & to have peace of mind!

4. Workers were all very friendly, easy to communicate with. Shawn, Jeff, Arthur, Osman and I believe Matt did a great job! I originally
   called for a clog that turned out to be major sewer line corrosion!
   Work was completed quickly! Alpine can be trusted to do good work at fair prices.

5. I had a plumbing problem and found Alpine on line. They responded in a couple of hours. Shawn was our technician. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I was very impressed with his ability. He quickly fixed the problem. Left his number and said if there is a problem or if I have a question to feel free to reach out to him. Very impressed with the whole process. When I have plumbing problems in the future I will definitely call Alpine.
