I was there yesterday to purchase car ins and they told me they couldn’t help me because all the insurance companies rate are above $800.00 a month for my two cars. I believe they are rude they only help their people. Arrogant, rude !!
ALL CHARGES/SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS OR PRO RATING.
$151 for 5 days of liability insurance on a beat up 2007 Honda.
$50 for cancellation fee by the insurance company (because I sold my car unexpectedly)
$60 Broker fee charged by All Star Insurance.
$51 For Liability Insurance for 5 days. Started the policy on 8/5 and sold my car on 8/10/2020.
The only reason I needed their service was due to major insurance companies not able to use my temporary address for the policy.
All Star told me to use my most recent rental apartment address even though I was not living there anymore. So they bypassed that requirement.
Honestly, they did tell me in the beginning that there would be a penalty by the insurance company in case I cancel the policy. It would have been nice to specify, “HEY! JUST FYI, YOU CAN NOT SELL YOUR CAR AT LEAST FOR A MONTH”
But really though, do you charge a customer or allow him/her to be charged a total of $151 for 5 days of liability insurance?

ANSWER TO THE OWNER MR. DIEGO,
1-Be concise with your communication with your customer. “All sales are final regardless of the reason for cancelling an insurance policy.”
2- Respond to your customer’s emails or phone calls.
I have sent you two emails and two phone calls and there was no answer.
3-Train your associates so that you are communicating the same message.
During my first phone call , your associate had told me to call 2-3 weeks later. When I called then, she broke down the charges for me as I stated above, and told me no pro rating was possible. She could have shared that information with me 3 weeks prior.
4- Be professional with your communication. How is it that you are spending time trying to rebut a customer’s negative review online, rather than answering his emails about a policy in the first place.
These people ( a couple small business owners) are by far the best auto insurance I have ever went through so far and I just bought insurance today so that tells you something in one day. they were honest about the quote and when they were unsure how my record would look they said let me look at your record first and I’ll call you back with an exact quote and when I went in nothing was different everything was the same they were professional quick and thorough not to mention I love the memorabilia all over there business
This is a great place with loveable 49er memorabilia to entertain short waiting periods and awesome brokers/receptionist’s that makes the experience fast and comfortable $$.
I give it a 4 star while my grandbaby gave it 1.. lol
I have recommended this place to family and friends with satisfaction results.
These 49er 🏈, Giants ,⚾ all the Bay Area clubs ,🏐🏀🏉 teams, and their office is stacked up hi with all of the paraphernalia to jerseys footballs baseballs helmets Stadium seats just about ⚽🏅🎖🏆 anything you can imagine⚾ they got it representing our teams very full of good spirit and they’re always been helpful all of them AND the girls at the front take my payments quickly and easily every month.. but if I need to talk to an agent I always can because they will become available to me Nice, fun to visit office, open later than most, and some Saturdays
