Tried to renew for days. Reset password multiple times. Even called and talked with a rep and reset the password while she walked me through the steps. Was assured that everything on their end was working but still couldn’t log in. tried from multiple computers with the same result. Called them back and got the same rep. Was basically told, WITH ATTITUDE, too bad so sad. Its your problem not ours. Mail in the application and it will be retroactive IF APPROVED…MAYBE…EVENTUALLY. This was a month ago and have not heard anything back. I guess right now I have 3 kids without any type of insurance.
I called due to the processing of the application taking longer as usual, the two lady’s I talked to was very nice and professional.
Will NEVER get all that you order and it takes forever!
So thankful for this program in our state. If it wasn’t for All Kids, my sons wouldn’t have insurance. Their customer service is always excellent as well!
I go here often, everyone is polite friendly and I always leave smiling
