1. I normally Don’t do this, but I’m a little upset about this one! I scheduled an appointment for someone to come out between 10-2 on a Friday. No one showed up, no one called. My wife had taken off that day for this person to come and no one came. Oh and after looking at these other reviews I see that they do this to several people

2. Called, set up appointment, came by, diagnosed problem, said he’d have to get part and return the next day to complete repair and never called or came back, it’s been over a month now and no response. Would absolutely never recommend. Evidently doesn’t want my money.

3. My call was returned promptly by William, the owner and he dispatched a technician very quickly. The tech, Hunter, arrived on time. He was courteous and dressed professionally. More importantly, within a few minutes he diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it right away because he had the replacement parts on his truck. Within a short amount of time, he had the machine working great. Before he left, he inspected my dryer and gave me helpful pointers on how to operate it more efficiently. Can’t say enough good things about these guys and the business! I definitely recommend them!!

4. I called regarding my dryer and the end result was that after being unplugged and the repair man plugging it in again it worked. Most companies would have charged the service fee but they did not. Nothing better than a honest, fair business. I will not call anyone else for washer and dryer repair

5. My wife called these guys. They’ve no call/no showed, MULTIPLE TIMES over the course of a week. I can’t recommend them. Takes absolutely no effort to call/txt someone to tell them you can’t make it or to reschedule.
