Awesome communication, I was in a bind after upgrading to a big brake kit and needed bigger wheels, and I had a camping trip in 5 days. Givan Bznuni got me the wheels that I needed within a couple days. Awesome prices and customer service. Thank you!
Before anything, id like to say that itβs difficult writing this review but I feel that people need to be aware of what they are getting themselves into when getting major or simple work done here on your vehicles as your risking damage to your vehicles, your safety and parts being stolen by staff or workers. Beware once again.
I first brought my truck to this shop back in 2018.
I spoke to Givan about work I wanted to get done with my truck and he reassured me that he could tackle the project and get it done. I had lots of major work done on my old c10 from new engine to transmission rebuild, to modifying engine to make it smog legal. As well as a lowering kit and disc brake conversion kit that required that I purchase new rims and tires as the previous rims and tires would no longer fit. To sum it up I did a lot of work and spent lots of money, time, and trust.
I build a good rapport with Givan over the 5 years but as time went on I notice parts went missing from my new engine like chrome pullies and many other dress kits parts, my performance intake
manifold, and my grill also went missing. The manifold was replaced with a cheaper model as well as the pullies and grill. This happed in the time spans of 5 year period that I had my truck in the shop never left.
When I finally got to my truck, I drove it home and decided to drive my truck to a friends house late at night. keep in mind this truck had not been driven anywhere else but in and out of the shop and maybe to test it so no more then 50 miles on those new tires. 5 mins into my drive my whole disc brake system came apart and my wheel locked up which left me with no brakes and I almost got into a major accident. By luck I was able to get to my friends and later towed it to the shop. Givan fixed the damage rim and reinstall the same disc brakes reassuring me that they were still good but I felt unease now for my safety as well as my families.
I later discover that the inside of the tires were cut
deep and wasted and the drivability felt off even after the tires had been aligned so I took it to another shop for an alignment and was informed that parts from the steering had been installed backwards which cause the tires to get eaten when turning tight corners. This prove to me that work ok my truck was done fast and no attention was paid to details and the safety of others.
Recently I had more work done on my c10 at a smaller shop and I got multiple pictures of ripped and torn parts that were found as well as cables and bolts that were not reinstalled back in place.
The brake lines were leaking brake fluid even after they were reinstalled for a second time. The work done at all access was done fast and sloppy and no attention to detail and safety was given at all. I also was informed that my transmission was leaking which again two times I had it rebuild for similar issues. I paid lots of money to get all my old worn parts removed and replaced. Which again some of the work was done fast with no care. And not to mention my steering wheel was not bolted correct and was loose.
Givan is a good person and I donβt want to speak ill on him. 5 years I have known him and his hard working and very family oriented which I respect.
But as an owner I feel he needs to be on his employees and making sure the work is being done right the first time. These are people lifeβs and hard earn money that goes into this business.
Since I took my truck to a smaller shop I have. noticed a major improvement in drive ability and feel safer. I will no longer spend another dollar and time in a shop that does not value their work and the safety of the people they serve. I highly recommend you seek smaller shops as I have learn bigger shops just push in and out work no matter the quality of their work.
I will post pictures of the rim after the disc caliper came apart.
I have been a regular Customer of both locations that All Access has for eight years now, they have taken care of all of my vehicles, Albert and Jaime at the Birch Street location and Givan and Robert At their Gettysburg location along with their entire crew have my trust and have always stood by their work. I will continue to use them for all of my Automotive needs.
I went back to this place to get two new front tires and it took a lot longer than expected, when I checked my tires out to my Kia forte 2022 the inside of the wheel had a noticeable deep scratch and the tires and rims had gunk all over it. Iβll show the difference for my back tires and rims they are the kumho brand
I just want to say that everyone here was so accommodating for my work schedule to be able to allow me time for them to work so fast and well on putting brand new rims on my car. Juan was excellent in helping take care of me, the car, and the whole transaction. Everyone was caring, kind, and I felt that me and my car mattered and they took great care of me. Thank you guys, and I will definitely be coming back for any more work on my car!
