Amazing resort. Eunice at concierge helped coordinate a BEAUTIFUL boutique for my partners birthday. They graciously upgraded our room as well. The property is new, the rooms are updated and modern. The views fantastic, pool relaxing. Food delicious. Literally perfect. James with food and beverage was so helpful and sent some left over treats when I was craving something sweet later at night and the kitchen had already closed. Which was extremely kind- I wonât forget that thoughtful gesture, thank you James. We enjoyed our sweets by the fireplace, it was so magical. Another shout out to George and Eric with valet and shuttle. So kind and reliable, they helped us load and unload our car (which was a task since we had a convertible), and they were very accommodating with the shuttle service provided by the hotel. They drove safely, provided helpful information, and had great taste in music! I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Napa, I would love to visit again!!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Alila, and it was an absolutely incredible experience. The hotel boasts stunning views of a vineyard, creating a picturesque and serene atmosphere that is perfect for relaxation. The lovely pool and the beautiful on-premise restaurant added to the charm and luxury of our stay.
Everything in the rooms was amazing, from the Le Labo toiletry, to the digitized light switches, to the heated toilet (which was especially appreciated during the chilly Napa nights).
We also enjoyed taking the bikes provided by the hotel for a spin around St. Helena, which added an element of adventure to our trip.
Overall, our stay was nothing short of magical and romantic. I highly recommend Alila to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway in the heart of Napa Valley.
Upon checking in for our ten year anniversary we were greeted and taken to our âdeluxe estate viewâ room that overlooked the parking lot. The privacy shades by the balcony donât close fully meaning there was zero privacy when wanting to use the soaking tub. We tried to make the best of it and turned on the tub only to see the water was extremely yellow. As we were about to re enter our room from the balcony we found an unannounced male employee inside asking if we wanted room service. We were completely naked. Why was there a need to walk into our room to ask about room service as opposed to calling? The experience at Alila was nothing short of mortifying. We demanded a refund and left immediately with no where to stay. All the âmanagerâ had to say is âI apologizeâ and let us go on our way. I have never experienced such a lack of service at even the most basic hotels. Do yourself a favor and BOOK ELSEWHERE.
I went to Alila Napa Valley for a solo trip to rejuvenate and relax. The resort did not disappoint. The service was excellent. The location perfectâclose enough to walk to town for shopping and restaurants yet far enough to get the feel of country living. While I did hear coughing from the room next door, the noise wasnât anything to complain about. All the guests seemed pleasant and considerate. One morning I placed my room on do not disturb and front desk texted to confirm I didnât need anything. I thought that was considerate. The lighting in the room definitely sets the mood for romance and relaxation. Breakfast was delicious. I recommend the two eggs with potatoes and bacon. The potatoes had a nice crisp to them, and the bacon was perfectly cooked.
