1. I called in to one of your places of business. I was wowed by one of your employees, not sure of the branch. Her name is Felicia Robinson!!. This lady deserves wide world recognition. First, her tone, her telephone voice was exceptional! She made me feel like family and I was only asking for an auto quote! She listened to me, gave me all the information I needed and saved me money at the same time. I speak highly of her professionalism and would gladly refer my family and friends. She handled me with care and for that I am grateful. I believe she is the Supervisor at either the McGhee rd location in Montgomery, Al Kudos Ms. Felecia!! Job well done!!!

2. Insurance Agent Luke Grantham and his staff are always helpful when I call or come by the office. We switched to ALFA about 4 years ago because of their excellent reputation in our area and lower rates. Luke was recommended by a friend and they were right. He is a great agent. I am completely satisfied with the service we have received not only from our locals agents staff, but also from the customer service and claims staff at the home office. We could not be more pleased!

3. I came and got coverage back in August or September, from a preferred customer. Not knowing when it was time 2 redo my insurance coverage that I was going to be put in a circus and tossed out like trash because of the unprofessionalism that was shown by the staff at this particular location. Although I was already shown in some of the staff that this was not the location for me I still decided to make sure I have car insurance renters insurance as well as life insurance from this location. After treated so disrespectfully after calling continuously trying to get my coverage corrected and once I put an email if a complaint I was call so promptly which was totally disrespectful it again unprofessional on their part but still I was the person holding the torch because no one wants to take the blame. I tell you consumers who are looking for insurance to make sure that you not only read the fine print but also look who is in charge of your paperwork because if any little fine print or detail is incorrect or you need to be changed it would not be done probably any order due to the unprofessionalism that was shown at this particular location I currently am still shopping for auto life and renters insurance because I feel if a consumer I have the right to snatch all of my money out of a business that does not care about me in the long run
