My partner and I were traveling out of state for vacation and I really wanted to visit this store as it was my first time ever in an actual Alexander McQueen storefront.
So I have been eyeing their staple oversized sneakers for quite sometime now and expected to buy them at a Nordstrom or online. However, I am SO happy that I ended up at this store in Oahu.
First and foremost, a huge thank you to the amazing sales associate, Carter. He made our entire experience here worth everything. I was expecting to just window shop, but I ended up buying the sneakers and it is solely because he helped me from start to finish with excellent input on the different styles of sneakers and such a charismatic personality. Thanks to his knowledge and expertise on the brand, I had no qualms trusting his opinion and recommendations. It’s difficult to find people who know the history of a brand and can appreciate the designer and not just the flashy logo. Carter delivered above and beyond and because of that, I will be returning for another purchase in the future. This store should be glad to have such a knowledgeable sales associate.
All in all, don’t hesitate buying or stepping into this store! Everyone is very welcoming and NOT judgmental at all. Which says a lot about the other designer brands that have employees that are.. Anyway, It’s a hidden gem and although tiny, there are many amazing pieces inside. 100% will be returning when I come back to Oahu.
I was there as a spectator (basically devoid of fashion sense) because my girlfriend is a huge Alexander McQueen fan.
Initially, the staff was professional and (understandably) a little reserved, but opened up as my GF gushed about her favorite Alexander McQueen pieces and her experience in NYC’s fashion & theater industries.

Absolutely love this shop! I’ve always been scared of going into designer stores and being ignored or dismissed because I don’t dress very expensively 🥲 but Amber (and I think Andy?) were super welcoming and friendly! The sales were very attractive and professional. This is probably the only store that offers consistent 20 percent off.
Granted, the price of AM does flunctuate depends on where you get them. For example, with some luck, I was able to get a AM famous skeleton jewel bag for half off from farfatch.
However, this place offers the consistency and guarantee that top all other places.
If it is price that you are interested, do check the official full price and see if the in-store MSRP matches.
Love the shop! Andy there is awesome and so friendly. He had so much brand knowledge and was so personable. I can’t wait to be back.
