  1. Very nice property, rooms are spacious, very convenient to downtown restaurants and bars, beautiful landscaping and very clean. This has the vibe of a relaxing and serene getaway. Unfortunately, we didn’t do our homework before arriving and this isn’t an adults only resort. There were a group of extremely loud kids in the room next door that woke us up before 7am on a holiday Monday. They spent all morning screaming and splashing in the pool so we had to go to a different resort and purchase a day pass. Not a criticism of the hotel at all, we loved everything about it otherwise, but definitely keep in mind it’s a family resort if you’re looking for some peace and serenity.

  2. We were there for a private event, and it was wonderful! The pool is not huge but we’ll maintained and area is kept very clean and in great repair. Our room was lovely and so comfortable. Everyone that worked there was friendly, polite and extremely helpful. Could not ask for a better experience!

  3. Great location between uptown and downtown, lovely little boutique hotel , the rooms next to the pool/ hot tub can be a little noisy ,unless you are the one in the pool and the hot tub 😁
Some great restaurants within easy reach. The cleaning crew start a little early so you might want to shut your windows unless you are an early riser 🙂
There are free coffee and pastries in the reception area each morning – no tea/coffee facilities in the room ( didn’t see any milk alternatives) The room was clean and well maintained. Would stay again.

  4. Amazing spot for some weary travelers. We were supposed to get to San Diego but our trip changed last minute and we ended up on 10 East heading back to Texas. This gem of a hotel truly is an oasis in the desert.

Of course it looks modern and clean from the parking area, but once we got inside the gate it opened into a beautiful courtyard with a pool and hot tub (of course!). The rooms were spacious and super comfortable. Big soaker tub and a lovely shower. Easy access to the downtown Palm Springs restaurants and street fair. They are associated with a breakfast place Cheekys, and a restaurant & bar called Birba. They were unfortunately closed for a summer break, but looked just as great as the hotel.

We definitely were torn. We wanted another night, but had a reservation already booked in Flagstaff. When we return to Palm Springs there is no doubt where we will stay!!

  5. Never stay at this hotel. I booked a room here with my girlfriend a month or two back. The receptionist was vocal and threatening with us. We tried calling and emailing the hotel without any response from the manager shortly after. There are better places in the area.
