Wow! This lady is a super employee, you can tell she is really going above and beyond for her $18/hr! Instead of letting people check out themselves at self check out, she holds up the line of impatient people in a rush to check each persons cart and to see if youâve scanned everything. She even made sure to have us scan an item twice, itâs clear sheâs a go getter trying to make more money for the company. Except, the machine wouldnât work after she tried to void the 2nd charge for the item that she had us scan unnecessarily, so we had to wait extra long for her to check us out herself at the front! If you see her working, just know youâll get the same stellar service we did!
This is a wonderful grocery store mainly because of their stellar staff. Today, a delightful young lady, Kylie, assisted my elderly mother out to her car, carefully loaded her groceries, put away her cart, and made sure my mom got into her car safely.
Honestly, she made her entire day. You do not see that level of customer service these days and the fact that she was so personable and went above and beyond for my mom was amazing. My mom and I would give 10 Stars if we could (:
Why are there no checkers available on a Saturday evening? Self check out was the only option and not only was the scanner working, but it seemed the âassistantâ was not able to âassistâ as the system was ready to end my purchase when I still had items to scan. We ended up having to walk out with no groceries. I wastes over an hour and still need to go to another store to shop. I am done shopping at this store.
Have been a weekly shopper (3 years this location) for just over a decade religiously. Recently I became tired of constantly running into expired eggs and meat so I tried a competitor. My goodness have I been wasting money.
My weekly Albertsonsâ bill was $190-$220 a week. Since moving to a competitor it has been $150-170
The cashier rude to customers because she seemed overwhelmed. This is the first time I experienced this service at the store. She needs more training.
