I have several herniated discs and was a candidate for surgery. Dr. Telang treated me via steroid injection, and I cannot thank him enough. He’s very professional, personable, and knowledgeable! He saved me from surgery, so far!

I have been a patient since moving to Florence in 2018. I didn’t know about pain specialist, but asked on FB for a doctor in Florence, who could help me with my back pain. Dr. Telang was recommended and I quickly made an appointment. He has helped me so much, in fact I was in a rear-end accident in which my back became worse. Another injury I received from this accident was whiplash. This whiplash is constant, every time I turn my head pain shoots up into my skull. Injections in the neck have helped this also.
Last year I was talking to a guy that was at a tailgate party and I saw he was in great pain. He told me his surgeon recommended surgery. I had two back surgeries and I could advise him how difficult the recovery was and I was still in great pain. I told him about Dr. Telang and the guy actually made an appointment. I saw the guy Oct 7, 2013, after not having talked to him for a year. He told me Dr. Telang had helped him tremendously. He was so glad to have gone to Telang. No surgery if he continues to have his pain manageable. YEAH!
