3. They are ok. They respond fairly fast and not extremely over priced as some. They are dependable to show up when they say they will.

4. Horrible experience that has been going on since January. Charged me a fortune and only pumped out a grease trap. I keep calling him back to come fix the original problem, but he either shows up to “look” at it, or schedules it in the rain so he doesn’t have to do it. Guess it is time for small claims court.

5. Wow, where do I start?! I know this is going to read as if the owner Hayden is a relative, but until last year, we didn’t know him from Adam. Since then, he has responded to and completed THREE jobs at our home in Chelsea, AL. Two times dealing with our septic tank system (and one of those times saving us a BUNCH of money showing us that we didn’t need to do something that another company wanted to do). Just this week, the pump in our basement gave out…and he replaced it. A great plus is that Hayden can do BOTH plumbing AND septic tank work; which is rare. He does great work and is knowledgeable and dependable. I’m not at all surprised that he has a 5-star rating. Finally, on a personal note, if you take the time to get to know Hayden a little, you will find yourself wanting to root for this young man with a wife and four young children, because he is in business for himself and works very hard. The next time you have a plumbing or septic tank issue, give Alabama Quality Plumbing a call! 🙂
