1. They are ripping people off and charging them more than what energy consumption they are using. Blame it on heat waves but we had the same heat waves last year and my power bills were never this high. Charging people 800$ a month for a 3/2 bath house is criminal. In times where everything has gone up nobody can afford that. Criminals. shame on you alabama power you guys will have a huge lawsuit soon.

2. The price you pay for electric is insane. The staff inside are the rudest no manners have no work ethic absolutely no people skills. Im speaking from my own experience when I say things. They wanted me to pay a $700.00 deposit for my home. And then turn around and pay a $500.00 deposit on a detached garage/shed on the same property. Never heard of anything like this ever. After visiting the office the very next day a woman rudely try to tell me that there’s 2 homes and I was trying to get electric for free. Yes it’s 10acres ,pond,house,pool and the garage/shed that is separate. Now to my knowledge she has never been there, never offered to send anyone out to see what is what. I made a complaint about this to the higher-end. Recently I have read that there is 138 complaints

3. Employees are disrespectful and get mad over having to do their OWN job. If I could put zero stars I WOULD trust me. Cause how in the world does one person manage to mess up so badly to the point I have to come back numerous times and almost have my power cut off?

4. Friendly Management actually took the time to teach me how to lower my bill , and that’s been a great help .
