If I could give a Negative star rating I would!! This branch shut off the power on my 83 yr old mother who lives alone and whose bill has Always been paid on time for over 50+ yrs of residency in Thomasville. I live out of state, her only son, was having difficulty getting in contact with her for the past few days. I was able to get in contact with another resident who went by to check on her. Her electrical powe had been off for 4 days!! Her food had spoiled, Nothing to eat, No hot water!!
This all recently occurred between May 2-5, 2024. I will be filing every form of complaint and charges allowed by law.
Came in to find a stove. Summer was great! She was eager to help and do what she could to help. definitely would recommend to anyone looking for professional and caring staff.
