  1. The employees here were very friendly and very helpful. I didn’t feel like I was just another customer. I felt very welcomed greeted with a smile and I mean a genuine smile not just one of those that you can tell is being force. The gentleman on the showroom floor was very eager to help but did not give off the salesman attitude he let my wife and I just look around and check everything out.

  2. Make sure you have a record of when you disconnect your power with them. I eneded my lease in April and got charged for 2 months of power bills and called after the first and second time. Lady on the phone said that there record only shows that I last called in November so it is my fault that I got charged. Even though I CALLED AFTER THE FIRST MISTAKE BILL. They don’t care about there customers, whether it be getting your power back on if it goes out multiple times a month or charging you multiple times when you do not live there anymore.

  3. There’s almost not a day that goes by the power doesn’t go out for at least a minute. Weather makes absolutely no difference. Can’t keep the time programmed on ANY appliance in this house for more than one or two days before, lo and behold, the power has flashed, AGAIN. I would chalk it up to maintenance if it was once or twice a month. Utterly ridiculous.
