5 stars as a doctor and treatment but as far as patient treatment of their TIME he has a lot of work to do! Dr. Crotwell is an amazing physician, however as with most he values his time above your own and often you spend multiple hours waiting on him to call you back. That’s my only gripe. Honestly, if the wait wasn’t so long every time I went I would give 5 stars. He does take time with his patients which is nice.
My PA Judy Blake is the best. She shows a genuine concern for patients, is very knowledgeable, very polite, & professional. My experience at AOC has always been a pleasurable one thanks to her.
I met with Miss Jennifer at pain management for the first time yesterday. She showed a great deal of interest in my case and listened to everything I said. She was very kind , courteous, and understanding. I felt very comfortable talking with her. I’ve been going to the doctors at AOC for many years. I would recommend them to anyone needing their services.
Dr. Barber is the best. He explained my procedure in a language I understood, listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, spent time with me, and was never in a hurry. His practice is organized with never a long wait, communicated timely and efficiently, employs knowledgeable and pleasant people. The outpatient process was wonderful. I had a knee replacement in the morning and was home for lunch and a nap before noon! I followed his instructions and have had no complications. Thanks Dr. Barber! I’ll be back for my other knee for sure!
I had seen Dr. Barber once before but didn’t spend enough time with him to get a real sense of who he was character wise. With the second visit he had great eye contact as he listened and told me the potential risks. I felt total trust in his abilities as my doctor, and had an appreciation for his character. It does’t always happen that I like my doctor but I did like Dr. Barber and I look forward to this surgery.
