Everyone is helpful and will do whats needed to assist. The doctors take time to go over/explain all questions. Youâre not in and out in 5 minutes. Love them.
I have been going to the doctors office since high school Iâm now 23 and the quality has gone down the drain. You wait hours trying to get someone on the phone or then wait days for a callback. You can NOT rely on them to follow up you will have to do it yourself. I tried to give them a second chance as I stopped going to them about 2 years back. But nothing has changed. PLEASE save yourself the time and pick a different primary care doctor. Iâm currently on the hurt for a new one.
Dr. Erica Day was my primary doctor. She no longer work for Dr Scottâs office.
Dr. Scott is my primary physician now. He wonât prescribe pain medication for me. He referred me to DCH Spinecare pain management. The doctor there told me âDr. Scott should prescribe you pain medication he is your doctor.â
When I call Dr Scottâs office I always pray that someone will answer the phone.
I make appointments to see Dr. Scott but Jessica Smalley nurse practitioner see me. She argued with me about receiving a mammogram and a pap smear. During another office visit Jessica mostly looked down at her papers and wrote, while she spoke to me in an authoritarian voice.
I have only seen Dr Scott 1 time out of all my appointments with his office. That one visit he talked over 20 minutes about pain medication he denied me, he talked about addiction, never did he physically exam my areas of pain. He seemed afraid to write pain medication prescriptions.
I would not recommend Dr. Scott to anyone in pain. He will not prescribe pain medication nor monitor your pain.
Not a place I would recommend. Currently looking for another Dr. Just too much wrong and not enough right. After being with this practice for years, and hoping it would get better, it continues for disappoint!
Sorriest excuse for a dr office. Do not recommend at all. Nobody does their job. No follow up or nothing.
