  1. Bunch of idiots if you ask me. My son twisted his ankle halloween night and his doctor put him in a boot until we can see ortho. A walking boot that cost like $100 at the place. How about medicaid sends me a letter denying the boot after we already got it and trying to charge me $577. See you jerks in court!

  2. Barry Fincher is not qualified for his position. He lets the phone ring all day & does not answer til the shift is almost over. Aside from that he blatantly lied & said i received a call regarding my situation when in fact I had NO missed calls nor a voice-mail. Alabama medicaid workers have not one care for the recipients & their needs. 0 stars
