There are many places to get a home loan but very few will treat you like more than just a loan number. I’ve been an AHFA customer for 13 years and they have consistently treated me with respect and compassion. Every time I’ve needed them they’ve been there for me and taken great care of me. This place needs some real help, people live in apartments with mold bedbugs roach infestation maintence is non existent they take money charge for repair threaten tenants w eviction and claim the work order is turned in and they continue to take money but those repairs never get repaired when inspection from these people come its hilarious property management purchase 1 bag of mulch for entire 60 unit property and pocket everything else thieving from hud and every chance they can from tenants young, old,section 8, housing choice voucher sad they take all the money and do less than bare minimum I feel sorry for every tenant bc they were all done dirty
they break so many laws SMH DO BETTER ALABAMA do better someone incharge make the right decision and change this discrimination retaliation neglect and
Just purchased a home and can never get anyone to anwser any of my questions about my loan. The one time I did get a hold of a representative the man was very rude and yelled at me and hung up the phone mid conversation. As a first time home buyer I will not recommend this to anyone.
