1. If you want a clinic that doesn’t treat you like family then this isn’t the clinic for you! Dr. Long cares more about helping create families than he does money! He’s extremely compassionate and you can tell he loves his job! Not only is this about him, but it’s also about his staff. When when we had our first MC after a fresh transfer, the staff was caring and sensitive towards us. We have our son because of Dr. Long and his staff. Unfortunately we can’t use Dr. Long for our last transfer as he Is not in our network, but he wants to still be a part of our journey into having our second baby, but following along with our new doctor! We will be staying in touch with him and his staff as they did become part of our family !

2. Dr. Long truly is incredible!! You can tell he truly cares about his patients and their success.
   The team at ACRM as a whole are just incredible! There has not been a single person I came in contact with that did not make my appointments just a little less scary! They are just wonderful!

3. If I could give Alabama Center for Reproductive Medicine a million stars, I would. This journey has been years in the making, filled with heartbreak and hope, and ACRM was there for every step.

   From the very first appointment, the level of care was unlike anything I’d ever experienced. The receptionists, Brooke and Nicole, are absolute gems. They were unfailingly kind, patient, and accommodating, especially when it came to working around my crazy teacher’s schedule and the constant appointment changes.

   Cecily, Beth, Hannah, Dr. Long and the entire staff are nothing short of amazing. They never dismissed my worries, took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and treated me like a person, not just a patient. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordability too. ACRM truly went above and beyond to maximize my insurance coverage, making this journey a little less stressful financially.

   The bittersweet part is, I recently graduated from their care – I’m finally pregnant! While I’m overjoyed, there’s also a pang of sadness at leaving this incredible team. They’ve become like frequent source of support and encouragement.

4. I absolutely love Dr.Hide and Dr.Long they care about me and my health. They take the time to answer any questions I may have and explain everything in a way I can understand. My experience has been wonderful and would highly recommend them to anyone.

5. Everyone is friendly, from the front desk to the doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, ultrasound technician, phlebotomist, billing people, you name it, they are all great. They make you feel welcome and like all your questions are not a bother. Highly recommend.
