Update: Instead of taking any responsibility for selling a warranty with an unreliable repair company, this business has now taken the word of said unreliable repair company that I have been unresponsive. The repair company was provided two phone numbers for my husband and me, and advised to call both phone numbers if there was no answer on the first number (we both have full-time jobs so are not always available to answer). They never did. We had two missed calls and both time when we called back, there was no action taken. I wish I could give negative stars for both businesses. Today is June 7, 2024 and I have not had a functioning fridge since April 11! Outrageous!
Horrible service. Do not purchase a warranty as it will not be taken care of. It has been seven weeks since our GE refrigerator stopped working. We purchased this product from Airport Appliance two years ago with a 5 year warranty. They have not helped us and instead just passed us along to an inept repair service company (Appliance Repair Heroes/Epic) that has said for weeks they will order parts to repair but don’t follow up or return any of our calls.
Got a dishwasher picked out confidently with in 30 minutes tops! Staff was super nice and helpful. Delivery window- dates/ time upon delivery and install could have been better. Not that many options for choosing when they can install your appliance. Would buy there again and recommend them to friends etc.
Do not use them. I confirmed my install from 9-1. The morning of install they changed it to 1-4:30. They would not change. First install was on a Thursday. They screwed up order. Now on Friday. Now they change time. Horrible service!!!! (Dublin store). They didn’t care!
The first time I went in I looked around for half an hour without anyone saying anything to me. The next day I went in to buy a $1500 washing machine and the salesperson seemed to do everything in his power to dissuade me from doing business with them. Great selection with zero urgency or sense of customer appreciation. I ended up leaving and purchased the washing machine from a different vendor.
Large inventory of appliances from several manufacturers. Even mattresses. Airport, of course, has several stores around the Bay Area. I’ve been coming to one or another of their stores for many years. Their prices are usually better then other similar stores. Free delivery.
