  1. I dealt with a pushy agent who was inconsiderate and careless.Certain times I questioned if my agent worked for me the buyer or the seller.Anything I brought to my agents attention was dismissed.Anything I considered asking for in a offer was meet with resistance from MY AGENT.I was told this cost that much at Home Depot and I should fix it myself. After offering 10,000 over the asking price and paying all the closing I felt I was deserving of asking for a few simple repairs but nooooo not according to my agent. In the end,I made demands because I had too.The whole experience was ruined because I had to deal with a incompetent greedy agent from agentcor.I asked for my money that was paid to them and was ignored.Never again

Update:I was offered a refund from agentcor in exchange for signing a no harm stipulation.Im currently having a real estate attorney look over the whole transaction.I was not allowed to pick my home inspector, nor was I allowed to be present for the inspection.Buyer beware.Ezequiel Gonzalez was the agent we unfortunately used

  2. I had a horrible experience with Victor Vasquez and Alana Barboa. To start off I was mislead from the beginning by Alana. Also, she didn’t disclose her relationship with the builder prior to signing my contract in which she was the dual realtor. She constantly defended the builder for his slow work. She kept reassuring me he does great work and the wait would be worth it. There were several red flags throughout the process. It was eventually evident that she was not looking out for my best interests. The builder, seller, and Alana kept trying to force me to sign documents that were not in my favor in order to close on a house that was not completed. At that point I reached out to Victor, her broker, for assistance. He did absolutely nothing for me. They still kept pressuring me with threats and intimidation to buy a house with multiple code violations that wasn’t even completed. Alana kept insuring me the builder would come back within 30 days to finish the house. I had to obtain an attorney to sue the seller so that they would finish the house. During this time Alana never reached out to me to help me During the situation, she even wrote a letter in opposition of me in court. She is the absolute worst real estate agent I have ever met. That is probably why she left Agentcor in the middle of this ordeal. Agentcor also did nothing for me throughout this ordeal. She broke literally all her oaths and obligations as a realtor. I would never recommend her. She deserves to lose her license for everything she’s done to me. Stay far away!!! Court records are made public. If you don’t believe me, please read the court records.

  3. Just had a wonderful experience with Natasha Berry! She was very patient with all my questions and her experience gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process. She was always available and helped me with each step! From the very beginning she really listened to what I was looking for and continued stepping in for me with each request. I am very happy with my home and she helped make the entire experience a joy!

  4. Our agent, Chely Boozer, was amazing! As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and didn’t quite know what was involved in the process of buying a home. Chely made the process easy and helped every step of the way. She was always available for questions and worked hard to find us the perfect home in a very competitive market.
