The level of customer service was amazing! I was visiting from North Carolina and accidentally dropped my oil cap and couldn’t reach it. I had gone to the closest parts store that I could find and they were no help AT All. So I went to Advance where I usually go when I’m home in North Carolina to try and buy a replacement cap so I could make the long drive back to North Carolina. The associate that assisted me was J. I haven’t had someone go above and beyond for me like that in a long time. She was very patient and she was able to retrieve my oil cap for me. Oil had splashed all over my motor and I was really frustrated. To make a long story short. The woman was God sent. And I was able to get on the road back to North Carolina. She needs a raise!💕
Love coming here. Workers are so friendly.. I will drive across town just to come here for their customer service
For the trucks, the entrance is through West Port and there is overnight parking. You park at door 18 or 19. They are friendly.
I forgot the name of the guy who help us to order a Alternator that was on a different store he was available to get me that part it less than 30 mins for my semi.
