Had to visit Advance today to restock on supplies for my car. So glad some of the items were on sale this week. The store is always clean and the staff are always so very eager to assist in any way that they can.
Absolutely horrible the one on 231. I called and ordered a radiator because mine had blown up. Gary told me that it would definitely be in by 2:30. Guess what 2:30 got here and it wasn’t even ordered and the manager on duty Robert didn’t give a care. Didn’t even act sorry. This place has horrible customer service and never get anything right. You want to go to advance then go to the one downtown or in Luverne.
The staff were super helpful and even with the computer system down they got me what I needed to get back on the road.
