Wade is an absolute legend!!!!!
This man went out of his way to help me fix a disloged skid plate under the front of my car and helped me get back on my way. If it were not for him i’m not sure how i would have gotten it sorted and made it the rest of the way to Georgia.
Hats off to him, even if he is a Bama fan. 😂
I was coming home from Mobile yesterday and started experiencing car problems on I-65. I was able to get off at the first Greenville exit and made it to the Advance Auto. Wade was kind enough to hook up his diagnostic machine and write down the diagnostic codes for us. He also gave recommendations on where to go to take it to get fixed as we were stranded. He was the first friendly face in our unexpected stop in Greenville and it really made a difference during a very trying ordeal in a town where we knew nobody.
Once again, we had excellent customer service from a young lady(I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) and Wade replacing a windshield wiper blade. It was not the easiest of jobs but they were wonderful. Thank you very much. We will definitely be back to this store for windshield wipers and more!
We went in with a problem with our windshield wiper we had recently bought from them. Wade was super nice and very knowledgeable. He fixed our problem and replaced the wiper at no charge. Couldn’t have asked for better service and Advanced couldn’t have a better employee. Thanks, Wade!
Bought a transmission, got it installed. My truck broke down near Greenville so 230 miles north it
goes out. I have been through hell trying to get it fixed in my home town. The women who work there are lazy and rude.
On Saturday I went to advance to get a part for my van and got the wrong part, my husband went back down there on Monday, well there was this older gentleman there , sorry I didn’t get his name but he is the best, he went beyond for us to make sure the part we got would fit my van, my husband is really impressed with the patient and help this gentleman gave us and he ask me to promise that whenever we need parts this is the place and I would recommend this parts place without a doubt, again thank you. It’s important that we get this van up and running and this employee made it possible.
