Get someone who you can pay by the hour and with the $65 introductory diagnosis I thought I was getting the best deal out there. However, when the job is done completely in 30 minutes and it’s still $220 I would say this company is super high. Super nice guy, however, who came to do the job.
I had an excellent experience with Adams plumbing. We had a problem with our grinder pump and Nate from Adams was able to come out the same day and diagnose / fix the problem with the pump. He was very professional and the service was reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend and will use again if needed.
Great experience – except for our busted water heater line 😂 From the initial phone call through completion, our experience was top notch. Scheduling was a breeze – staff was courteous and professional. Brystal came in, made his assessment and recommendations, and had us all good by lunch! This is the second time I’ve used Adam’s. I’ve been super happy with the work both times. The prices seem reasonable too. Today I had a new toilet installed and a kitchen faucet replaced. All of the work was done in a timely fashion. The scheduling was also easy

Initially, these guys were fantastic. The plumber really helped me out by giving me a quick fix over the phone one night and likely saved me a good bit of money, free of charge. Even though they aren’t my normal plumbers, I thought I owed it to them to hire them for the long term fix. While scheduling an appt was a bit confusing, things went well…until I got the bill. Somehow I was charged over $300 for very cheap and very old looking faucet handles for my tub. I’ve looked it up online. The most expensive set I can find is $50. My total bill was $395 for a valve replacement. I went to pay it online and it prompted me to include a tip. I already paid him $95 in labor, and he wasn’t even there an hour!!! And to top it all off, he couldn’t even use the $300 handles. He had to put my original ones back on and then TOOK THE NEW ONES WITH HIM. This is the worst price gauging I’ve ever experienced. I hate that I paid the bill. They should be ashamed of themselves.
