I shipped my Onkyo receiver here for a warranty repair. I was given a claim number and my receiver was assigned to a technician. Their communication is excellent. I got my receiver shipped back to me working as good as new.
You might have to wait a long while to have it repaired though because sometimes they have to wait on a part to get received from Onkyo themselves.
Well, I can say they fixed my pioneer elite receiver model number vsx56txi . I am extremely satisfied with there service, sounds great just like when I bought it 20 years ago. Parts are hard to find, it took about a month and a half to fix but it wasn’t their fault. Thank you very much to Doug,Sonny and Garrett. Do recommend this place 👌🏽
I bought an Onkyo receiver and the main HDMI output stopped showing a picture. Luckily, it was still under warranty and this is an official Onkyo repair shop.
Scott and Garrett are excellent technicians. They fixed my Marantz SR7012 surround sound receiver. It had sound and volume issues. They updated the program, fixed the sound and the volume control. It’s like a “NEW” unit!!! I will keep Adams Electronics for all my units when they get sick. They are recommended by me.
I have had two items repaired here, a 5-disc CD player and an Epson projector. Both failed within 2 months of being repaired. For the price I paid to repair them, I could have paid a couple $100 more to buy a brand new one. They charge an unreasonable fee just to take the item, and their cost for parts and labor seems very inflated.
For what it is worth, the staff are very nice and communicative.
My recommendation: if it is a cheap enough item, just buy new.
