I had an excellent experience with Edward at the Pleasanton Acura location for my car maintenance. He was very courteous and patiently explained what needed to be done with my car. After the work was completed, he walked me through the details of what was covered during the service. By the way, the waiting area is very clean and relaxing. I will certainly come back again.
Pleasanton Acura always gives me top-notch service when I bring in my car. The service manager, Michael Sullivan, spent about three hours with me speaking to the warranty company, driving my car with me to discover issues, and reviewing my car’s history record by the Acura dealership service departments that worked on my car in the past prior to purchase as a used car to help determine issues with my car. His help was incredibly detailed and his problem-solving proactive.
Landon, who works in the service department, has also been fantastic. Great at communicating status of vehicle and he was able to get me a loaner vehicle. My car was returned washed and sparkling!
The service this dealership provides continues to make me a loyal Acura customer.
My experience with Acura of Pleasanton this time, as in the past, was outstanding. Despite it being a very busy Saturday morning, Art Mejia, and everyone I was in contact with, before and after my service appointment, were professional, attentive and helpful. I never felt rushed or had a question left unanswered. Art kept me appraised of changes in time estimates, and in the end, my car was delivered as planned, very clean and in fine order with all the work completed. If one needs to spend time waiting, there is a private area to do so which allows one to relax with delicious coffee/tea while the service work is taking place.

I worked with Robert at the Pleasanton Acura location and he was great. He has a very down to earth approach where he does not put any pressure on anyone or makes you feel like you’re being hassled. He is very open and transparent and patient. I highly recommend. I let him know that I wanted to process to happen as fast as possible and he made that happen. Finance manager was also great!
Took my Honda in for a transmission service and my service specialist Art Mejia was an absolute joy to work with. He made sure to keep communication with me while my car was being serviced, went above and beyond to get quotes on parts that have been damaged due to a recent break in attempt, all without being asked.
Very kind, professional, and informative. Thanks to Art, u was able to get in and out in record time, I will be coming back for regular oil change and maintenance on my Honda at this location.
