Emma Ward was truly a God-send. From the first time we met her, she was upbeat, personable, and encouraging. She made our selling and buying process so smooth and a true dream. She walked us through every step. She got to know us personally and even when I would call a wanting to see a home she knew I would not like, she said sure thing and set it up. Even though she probably wanted to block my number due to all the texts with questions (lol), she always answered so graciously. Emma is now someone I would honestly call a friend. If you are buying or selling, give her a call and I promise you will not be disappointed!
Emily Holt helped us find a home for our sons who are students at Auburn. She was awesome to work with! She provided close, personal attention and really listened to or must-haves and steered us in the right direction. Her knowledge of the Auburn market is superlative. She also did an excellent job interacting with the builder on our behalf and ensuring that everything was done properly. This was especially important to us since we do not live in Auburn. She frequently checked in on progress and provided timely updates and advice. Overall we we elated with the service we received from Emily and the entire Acuff Weekly group.
Emma was absolutely amazing. Anytime we needed anything she was always there to answer and show us a house whenever we wanted. I could not have asked for anything more from her.
