2. I had been with this cockroach insurance broker for some 2 years, but my Loyalty ends now. Always SLOW to respond, in fact when their slacker Insurance Co “Safeco” sent us a notice of Home Insurance “Non Renewal”, using some Photoshopped fake pictures of our roof covered in a thick green color (faked) and claimed our 22 year old Concrete Tile roof was covered with “Moss”, instead of these Clowns at Insurance Solutions being on OUR SIDE (the Client), they were on the side of liars Safeco. I took a picture of our home’s tile roof today and sent it, stating, Where’s all that deep Green “Moss”??? There ISN’T ANY!! Safeco is a Scummy Insuance Company, faking pictures so they can Cancel you, or an Excuse to Jack Up your Insurance Rates! And Insurance Solutions is just a SCUMMY because they’ll stab you in the Back in an Instant!!

   Shop someone ELSE for your Insurance needs, like the saying goes, with “friends” like Insurance Solutions, you DON’T NEED ANY MORE ENEMIES!!

3. Rocio Morales has been my insurance broker for the last few years and she’s done everything a great broker should do. She is very communicative; responding to emails and phone calls quickly. When I make changes, she would go the extra mile to secure us the best rates. I’ve been an Insurance Solutions customer for well over a decade and I don’t see that changing in the foreseeable future.

4. Rocio Morales has been the only bright spot in an incredibly difficult process. She has saved us several times during the ever changing insurance landscape—finding us coverage in California when doing so had to take a Herculean effort. Insurers have been fleeing the state, and it takes a dedicated person to do the hard detective work to find coverage.
   .She was tireless, and did not give up until we were safe.
   Rocio is always responsive, and she’s generous with her time. Her expertise is impeccable—and amazingly, she is also a lovely person. How she is so good at her difficult job while remaining so kind is a wonder to me. I hope to never have another agent. She is as good as it could possibly get.

5. Jim was a lifesaver. My insurance company decided not to renew my policy in a high fire risk area of southern CA, and with a short time remaining before my policy expired, Jim immediately began working on an alternative coverage plan for me. I was very impressed with the undivided attention and the sense of urgency he had. I will happily work with Acrisure in the future, but hopefully I won’t need to.
