This insurance company is the worst insurance company I have ever worked with.If I could give them less than a one star I would .I own a truck with my grandson and his truck was hit by a van Insured by this company in the side behind the drivers door the driver was very nice she said it was her and her husbands car we got insurance card we got her drivers lin and we had a witness retired police officer that saw the whole thing . The women said it was her fault and she was sorry but calling and talking to to this insurance company was hard to get in-touch with them and we left messages every day and when they finally called back they finally sent someone to take pictures of our truck and we waited and still got no results after months of dealing with them they finally called and said it was denied because they could not get in touch with them I am sure they can get in touch with them for a payment ! And next they said because only the husband was insured and the women driving was not insured to drive the van so they are not paying to me the car which is the van that is insured by this company should pay for the damage to my car I will never recommend this company to anybody !!!!!!
