1. Mr. Evans went above and beyond to help with my insurance policy. His demeanor is very welcoming, and a very positive attitude. He was very knowledgeable and caring. Thank you for helping me and my family choose the right policies for us. He saved me time and money. I know I am in good hands better than Allstate! 2. I came into acceptance a few weeks ago, annoyed frustrated , and overwhelmed with how frustrating it is to get affordable insurance. In the midst of my frustration Donavan was very welcoming and rather calming as I expressed to him my concerns and insurance needs for my vehicle and home. He was able to educate me and calm me down while helping me purchase the most affordable and best policy that fits my current needs.

   Thankyou so much sir for helping me in such an overwhelming time!

3. This company or should I say this particular location sucks really bad. The customer service skills that I have experienced within this particular location if unacceptable I have never witnessed an insurance company or insurance agents that are so unaware of what is going on that it is ridiculous. I’ve personally do not recommend this insurance agency or this particular location to anyone. This is the last time that I will ever deal with them. And I do hope that they begin to lose business based off of their customer service skills and the fact that they have no knowledge of what they are doing in Laymans terms they suck.

4. I paid my insurance every month on time. for the last 3 months I get a notice of cancellation for non-payment. then this company charges extra money every other month and acts like it’s my fault.when they are making changes with out giving a notice.the people at this location denies knowing why changes and threatning cancellation letters is sent out…
