He helped me pick out an alternative washer and dryer from their in stock appliances, clarified all the parts we would need for installation and took his time to explain the differences in warranties with me. He was able to meet or beat all the prices I had from another vendor. I am beyond impressed and feel very grateful I stumbled across this gem of a business.
